Ignoring garage invoice...
Could i not pay invoice for 200 Chf that sent from Garage ?
Shortly, i had a noise from my car, so i went to the garage ( Garage victoria ) as he made quality 1 guarantee and ( he changed the clutch 3 months ago he charged me 2500 Chf and made the regular service and charged me 1300 Chf , as i didn't had any choice to make problem and don't know my rights so i paid ...)
so i had to go back to him as its under guarantee
he estimated cost of 10000 Chf to repare the car ( as he said i have problem in the gear box / bearing wheels / breaks and desks or he can buy it for 300 Chf
I went to another 4 garages to check and to sell it, non of them asked for any money to check and they said there is no problem in the gear box ( first one he dirctly noticed that there are 3 litres engine oil plus than the maximum limit ) and all gave me astimated amount to sell the car is worth 3000 - 4000 Chf and to repare 1500 - 2000 Chf
after 10000 km and one month later from my visit to him , i received an invoice from Garage victoria to pay 200 Chf as i didn't fix the car in his Garage
What should i do ? can i just ignore it or where i can complain ?
note that the car has been sold 2days ago for 3500 Chf
Thanks for your advices and sorry for the long story

What is the invoice charging you for? Diagnostique? Travail?
I would say, if you've sold the car, ignore it.
Next time, get written / printed statements from the other 4 garages saying that there was nothing wrong with the gear box to show that the first guy was not being honest.

I really am not well informed in matters of law here in Geneva, but I would be concerned if he has sent you an invoice and you just don't pay it you may risk being chased by him for it then him demanding a poursuite..
The best thing would be to have legal advice. There is the permanance juridique, qualified lawyers, rue terrassiere 9 Tél. 022 735 81 83. where they would charge 50f for a consultation of 45min
i also found this http://www.signegeneve.ch/geneve/centre/les-permanences-juridiques-gratuites.html. No idea what its like and apparently shuts for the summer soon so if you wanted to give it a go you'd maybe have go and check it out quickly, details of opening hours etc at the link

You could also ring your 'maison de quartier' and ask if there is a consultation juridique available one day/evening of the week/month, there.
I knew of someone who did that in the past, but unfortunately no longer in contact with them for further details..
