But you'll have to take the TGV to Paris to eat at:
http://krishna-bhavan.eresto.net
Or fly to London and go to:

Shahi, just next to the station esp. for the lunchtime vegetarian thali. Have heard that the meat one is good too though can't comment from personal experience.
Also like Caf? Ghandi although, it's true, they are getting very popular.

... for the replies. Finally went to darshana last night. It was ok, but as we were there very few people there was not much of an atmosphere. The food was ok, but nothing special.
Will try out the other restaurants in Geneva.

about a 20 min drive from Geneva (from the UN side of town), but in my view - the best Indian around.
And, if you have a review on the other Indians you tried, would be great if you post it on the 'resto review' forum for others to see...(-:
Bon ap.

I heard this one was OK, it's in avenue de France 27. I think you can even order by phone and go pick up everything later. This way, you can invite us all to come and eat Indian at your place! Just kiddig, don't be scared!

A very good Indian restaurant is Kanishka (formely Ashoka- I think the sign still says Ashoka), around 100m over the Moellesulaz border (French side). You can take the 12 or 16 tram to the end of the line and just walk over. It's on the left. Ambiance is somewhat lacking but the food is reliably good and they give a discount for takeaways. Whatever you do, stay away from Darshana!!!
