Information/Advice re Patente for a 'Catered' Ski Chalet & English Speaking Small Business Advisor

Hello,

I have a ski chalet in the Valais region and was thinking of running it as a Catered Chalet or a Chambre d'hote. I have been told i will need a Patente. From my intial research I am a little lost!

Do I have to take a 4 week course with an Exam at the end to gain the Certificate?

Silly question alert....have i got to do it in French!? Is there an English option?

Any suggestions where I can find more information?

Finally, can anybody recommend an English speaking Small Business Advisor in the Geneva region?

There's a Facebook group called Verbier Community, if you ask the question there, you're bound to get some quality replies from non-French speaking holiday home owners :-)
