There’s the American International Women’s Club. Also, the English-speaking Cancer Association who give a wide range of multiple support to sufferers, irrespective of their nationality, age, etc.

Hey Noha,
If you are interested in theatre or just making great international friends you can check out the Geneva English Drama Society (commonly known as GEDS). It is a great society with many interenational people from all over the world.
There is always something you can help out with and you can of course get the chance to be on stage and perform plays :)
