Does anyone know where there's an italian specialty food store? I'm looking for different varieties of italian sausages.

You can try Salento-Gourmet (www.salentogourmet.ch).
Or Valentino or what it's called in Mainstation.
Both are not exactly bargain-shops, but the later even has fresh pasta, while the former has an excellent choice of olives, cheese and other antipasti.
Update: oops, you're in Geneva - sorry, I don't know. I'm on the other side of the country.

There is a good one at the rue du Grand-Pré, between rue de la Cannonière and rue des Asters. Open on Sunday.
