KRAV MAGA in Geneva

Hello

Who knows where I can learn KRAV MAGA in Geneva. Is it ok for a girl to practice it. Self-defence classes are not convincing for me and I would like to train on long term.

Thanks for your help

Jeanne

There are women specific courses there, and women train with men on a daily basis, so they get used to defending and attcking vrs the strength differential.

Stefs link is to my mind the best school for KM in switzerland. and its based by the versoix roundabout  just before Mies..

Ive trained there, the teacher is also on you tube... ex chief CQC instructor from the Israeli army.. which makes him harder than the nails in my grannies coffin...

Krav Maga is a good self-defense for anybody, but if you want something to train long-term, you should better choose Kung-Fu that you could learn during your whole life and still learning. Kung-Fu is a philosopy in parrallel of combat techniques while KM was created to learn quick how to react in situations.

Hi there,

Thank you for all your anwers.

Does anyone know this club in Geneva? http://www.krav-maga.ch

The club in Versoix looks nice but it is complicated to go there if living downtown. Plus it is a bit expensive. 400 CHF per trimester versus 600 CHF per year in the other club.

Thank you :-)
