Anyone know of any libraries in Geneva where one can spread out on desks and study in an environment conducive to work? Ideally with powerpoints for Laptop and WiFi.

you can go to the library of Bibliothèque de la Faculté de Medecine, in Champel. it is quite and you have lots of places to study, even some little rooms!
