I'm an American from the CT/ NYC area and looking for towns that other expats in their 30s/40s tend to gravitate to-

Most ideal would be fun family friendly areas, convenient to great daycares/ kindergarden for young kids and reasonable commute to Geneva center by bus, tram or train (french border areas or switzerland).
