I am renting one room in a large fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment in neighboring France (just across the border, in Ferney-Voltaire ), at walking distance ffrom the 60 bus stop to the Geneva train station, the 66 bus stop to Geneva airport and the 64 bus stop to Meyrin tramway and Thoiry. It’s 10 minutes drive from CERN and 20 min from UN… and both are definitely reachable by bike.

Shops, school and commodities are all very close.

The flat is in a high-standards residence and is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances(washing-drying machine, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, etc).

It has 2 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen which is open on the living room with dining
table and TV corner with couch and armchairs.

It also has a big bathrom with bathtub, double wash sink and washing/drying machine, as well as a separate toilet.

In addition there is 1 underground private parking space, a small terrace.

The rent (including all charges, water, gaz, electricity, internet and even inhabitance taxes) is normally 950CHF/ month but I am happy to find arrangements for people interested in long term stay.
