Laundry Service
Hello,

I am looking for a more cost effective solution to getting my laundry done, well really jsut the ironing component. Does any know of any good services? I'm currently spending far too much at 5 a Sec

Thanks!

A couple of ideas to think about:

Do you have a cleaning lady? If so, why not ask her. Laundry is a value added service that some cleaning ladies offer. She could pick up your laundry (or just the stuff to be ironed) and return it on the next trip if the spacing is not too long.

You could also talk with your concierge. She (?) might be interested in doing it. Or might know of someone in the building who might be willing to do it.

Good luck.

I've asked the cleaning lady to do it and that's just fine. She can adjust her time between the apartment and the ironing depending on what I gave her. I wash my shirts myself but it only takes me 30 secs in the morning: Open washing machine door, throw in shirts, add soap, close door, turn knob :)

Myself? Are you mad? ha, just kidding! I would but travel alot with work so time is limited and very precious when I do have it.

My cleaning lady will do a bit but she seems slow at it...5-6 shirts in one hour just to iron so works the same as having 5 a sec do it all! I think I might have to look for a more efficient cleaning lady! hmm!

Thanks for the thoughts!
