Lawyer for international labor relations

Hi. I'm registered as independent in Geneva, and I'd like to hire a few people to work with me (they are independent too) from other countries (mainly the EU). Can anybody recommend a lawyer who specializes in international labor relations? I need advice on contracts.

As I understand things, if they are not employees but are sub-contractors that stay in their own countries the main issues are VAT-related.  A fiduciare may be  useful.
