hi everyone,

i am considering starting a new sport activity, something to get me running and sweating but that is not too hard on the knees and most importantly, a team sport. 
handball looks tempting but I have never played. 

do you know of any places where they take absolute beginners? I am a quick learner ;)

do you have any other suggestions that could fit the above description? What sports do you guys play?
