I’m looking for someone to take over the lease of an apartment in Servette, 1202, Rue de Grand Pre. I'm moving to a different city, so the apartment will mostly not be furnished. 


Apartment features:
- Living room
- Bedroom
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- Separate toilet
- Small storage room
- (A cellar, shared bike space and shared washing machine are also provided) 


In total ~50m2


 


Lease: 2180CHF/month


Available from: 15.3.2026.


Requirements:
- Salary must be 3x rent


Message me to organize viewing. Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to purchase the remaining furniture (e.g., washing machine, kitchen extras etc)
