Lebanese Cooking

Hi,

I've started dabbling with cooking and in January I'd like to try and cook some Lebanese cuisine.

Does anyone know where I could source the ingredients (spices etc) in Geneva centre?

If anyone has any recipes, I would be very grateful too!

Thanks,

Isa

Hi Isa

I'm sure you'll be able to get most things in your local coop/migros but there is an ethnic food shop on plainpalais (pont d arve end) under exersuisse.

I have some cookery books that you can borrow if you want, otherwise I'd google yotam ottolenghi and Claudia Rosen recipes

Cheers
