I have a small online company that is based in the US but we are moving to Geneva for my husband's job.  Do I need to register my company now in Switzerland or can I still 'operate' as if it's from the US, as it is online?  Or are there special taxes to pay?

I appreciate any advice or to be pointed in the direction of a good lawyer to help set this up if need be.
