I'm leaving the country at the end of August and I'm having to break my lease. I found two applicants and I've just been told they have both withdrawn their applications. This leaves me with ONE week to find a new suitable applicant.

I want to speak to someone to see if there's anything I can do to cut my obligations. Especially as I'll have an attestation from the Canton.

Any AFFORDABLE people you know of that can help me? Or where I can start looking? I'm moving home where one full months salary will only just pay off the one months rent here :-(
