Justis is the cheapest with payment per month.

Sure, but you have to look also on coverage and elements.

Rather than a comment "I recommend X" please find below straightforward response to the question of Ioana.

Generally about Justis:

+cheap per coverage ,

+ subscribtion per month (not year like all others)

+ wide coverage

+offically they say they will help you even if there is a coverage with an advice and it's true

-a lawyer takes around 1 month to respond

-they look for a possiblity to pay you back money you lost rather than start a legal process againts your competitor. If an amount is higher than 200, they will say always "it makes no sense". 

-they have an unoffical limit of support, after which you risk to be removed as client (they give you a "yellow card" 1st)

Then, as I said previously, there are insurances that cover you per domain for 1 year a lot cheaper, around 50 chf per year.

I have also heard about legal protection insurance company suggesting money to a client to drop the case (don't know the name though) - not what one would normally expect 

Coop was the insurance company a friend used and it covered a dispute with the employer, that's all I know.
