Legitimation Card, type R

Hello guys!

Does anyone have a similar situation and could share an experience with the Legitimation Card, type R?

I am a holder of the Legitimation Card type R and I am non-EU, I pay taxes and social deductions, including unemployment contribution here in Switzerland and so far it's not very clear to me what rights I have with this CDL, i.e do I have a right to chômage as I pay this unemployment contribution, while FDFA guidelines say that CDL holders have to leave the country upon the termination of the contract, pretty confused here. And what reimbursement I can claim when I leave the country? I heard so far they reimburse only pension fund, which looks pretty unfair, any suggestions where clarifications can be found?

And, finally, I was trying to get a rental guarantee from SwissCaution and they told me they do not accept CDL Frown and this question is still open for me and I am looking for a solution.

Indeed, I would be grateful if anyone has experience in this and may share!

Have a nice day everyone!

Cheers,

Olena
