I can't read music very well but I love to sing (bass). I joined my village choir but was the youngest by zillion years and I found it a little too earnest and distant, as the idea was to make friends, not to feel like a stranger. I really would love to join a choir that has a wide repertoire, does sing in English as well as other languages, with a lively and social membership...is there such a choir in Geneva? Cheers

Why not contact the Geneva Amateur Operatic Society? Their membership spans a wide range of age and nationality, coming together to sing in English. Many members also sing in smaller choirs and ensembles, so you will have acces to a multinational netwotk and plenty of opportunity to find your own particular niche.
