Living in France, Interning in Geneva

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with living in France and interning in Geneva? I have heard that it may not be the best decision as you may need a "frontalier permit" but i cannot confirm this and don't want to commit to an apartment before knowing so. Any help would be much appreciated.

It depends on your nationality.

If you are an EU national, no problem.

If you have a Schengen visa, I think it does not matter if you cross borders everyday.

Check the link below:

better ask your organization for the procedure in securing a frontalier permit.
