Ville de geneve have many spaces in the area - check out the list of locations under:

We just gave ours up on rue de carouge due to a move, but i know they have several free there. Costs 270chfs per month for an underground box...

there is the "Lombard" parking lot a 100 meters from the entrance of the hospital
here is the map and the prices http://www.ge.ch/parkings/parkings/lombard.html
if you don't want to spend less try a free spot close to the hospital, i've been there many times and they are hard to find
