We are wondering where (if anywhere) there is to buy a ceiling fan that also has light fixtures. Currently we do not have a car but, are willing to rent one to find what we are looking for.

It's black and very nice. I schlepped mine home on the tram, so it is possible. (I've also carried ladders and the posters that make a bed a four-poster bed on the tram)
There are buses that run a little closer to M-Park in Carouge, I think the 14 is one. Depends on where you want to go. I know that the Migros brico in Chene also carries ceiling fans with lights, pretty much any DIY store probably carries them. Let me know if you need an electrician.
