Looking for Thai massage therapist and/or classes
Hi,

Could anyone recommend a Thai massage therapist in Geneva or nearby.  Also I am investigating Thai massage training - if you have any recommendations on schools/courses, I would appreciate any advice!

thanks

Check out: www.touchline.ch

Like thai massage, it is based on accupression. But also an approche very accessible to beginners, fun, and versitile!

Hi,

I don't know if you are still in Geneva, but anyway, a good place to learn is on site, at Watpo, the Thai Traditional Medical & Massage School in Bangkok or Chiang Mai (But the BKK one is stronger than in the north), worlwide really renowed school.

Bearing in mind that getting the certificates from any schools is not sufficient, a lot of practice is needed first :)

There are Watpo teachers who travel around the world to teach (I myself preferred fully immersing myself in the country itself and also mix with locals and countryside people who have the knowledge that has not necessarily been transmitted in writing/books).

Good luck if you are still looking for a school ^^

To those interested,

I am trying to put a group together to be able to organise for a Thai massage teacher (from the internationally renowned traditional Thai Medical & Massage School) to come and teach Thai Massage, and Foot massage in Ferney (25 min by bus from Cornavin or approx 15 min max by car), near the Airport some time hopefully in Autumn 2014.

Each course lasts 5 full days (790€/per course/per person).  An official School certificates is handed to successful students. It requires a minimum of 2 months (enrollment, deposit paid plus final payment made) before I can organise final arrangements.

If anyone is interested, please contact me.

"From the Vietnamese Buddhist Monk Thich Nhat Hanh ~ " Do I really want to be Number One? Or do I want to be happy? If you want success, you may sacrifice your happiness for it. You can become a victim of success, but you can never become a victim of happiness."

What is on the inside of you is reflected to the outside. Emotional unhappiness takes place in the mind and often translates into pain in the body. The body is talking to you, telling you that something is wrong. We need to listen to the body and take care of ourselves ~ find a way to be happy, healthier, live longer and without pain. Give yourself a little love with Thai Massage today."
