Looking for Yoga course in Geneva
Hi, I am moving to Geneva end of this month. Need help in finding yoga course for beginners. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Need another help. I think only asian female members can help me with this :) Do you know any place where I can go for eye brows threading? In Germany usually Indian grocery shops offer threading (I know sounds funny). Is there anything like this in Geneva?

Thank you in advance

Hi,

Nir was so friendly to let me know you are looking for beginner yoga classes.

You may want to check out our studio's website www.innercityoga.com

The studio is conveniently located in downtown Geneva, and offers classes in English and French.

At this moment, there are no specific Beginners' courses, but there are several options on how to join in the fun in a normal all-level hatha yoga class.

Please send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will be pleased to send you all the information.

Hi Patric,

Thank you for your message. I saw an ad of Innercity Yoga in my office and signed for a beginners course. Well, I am not an absolute beginner. I did Yoga for 6 months, and was wondering if it is possible to have a trial class before I take a decision. Please let me know.

I agree Sivananda is a good place for beginners - they are one of the few yoga studios in Geneva with classes specifically for beginners. And I love Soluna but would not recommend it for beginners; it's fantastic for a real challenging work-out: strength oriented. While Sivananda I found to be more on the "spiritual" side. So depends on what you like.
