Looking for a cook for a small private party

Can anyone recommend a cook who comes to your place and cooks dinner for a small party (6-10 persons)? A slight preference for Indian but other cuisines are fine too.

I have seen someone advertising such services on the classifieds section but can't find the info now...

Thanks!

My dear,

I'm more than happy to offer my services in the Indian cuisine department :)

For 6 to 10 people I can propose :

For starters : vegetable Pakoras (vegetables dipped in a spice batter and fried)  served with a mint and coriander chutney (homemade)

For the main :

An aubergine dish (Bagan bharta)

Okras sautéd with onions and spice

A red split lentils dish (dhal tarka)

Cauliflower and potatoes (aloo gobi)

Any meat dish of your choice (or another vegetable dish)  if you were to request

I can propose with this menu chicken tandoori (I'd make it in the oven)

Chapati (flat round bread)

Rice

A mixed salad of tomatoes,  spring onions and cucumber (to cool down the experience)

Dessert:

A sweet vermicelli in milk with spices (saffron,  cardamom,  clove... .) - a light dessert which is always welcome after an Indian meal to leave the palate with a sweet sensation.

Looking forward to hearing from you if interested for more details.

Best Regards,

Nikhil

Thanks, Nikhil, for the fabulous dinner you prepared! It was really delicious and the whole experience made our party so much special.

Looking forward to other opportunities to try your cuisine.
