Everyone is working on voluntary basis and we are not able to pay you. We can of course close a sponsorship "in natura" and promote your company in return

I had to find an artist and web design a few years ago with a similar budget, I really struggled, and took some grief when I made the proposal on these industry forums... it seems not many people want to work for exposure these days.
I can give you the 2 artists I used which are very reasonable. If you give them your ideas they will do what you want, and the web designer too did a good job, if these maybe of help il pass them on, they do charge but its very very cheap.
