Do you by any chance know the libraries in Geneva that are subscribed for the Telegraph newspaper? I'm looking for a specific copy which was published in October.

I don’t know of any library in Geneva that could help you, but if you want a hard copy of a back number of the “D. Telegraph”” I suggest you contact their Subscription Department.
