You could try Manor as a first step. The watch/clock counter is near the rue Coutance entrance.
There’s also a watch-maker on the corner of avenue de Frontenex and place des Eaux-Vives but I can’t remember his name. He’s also quite expensive and a bit fussy as to what he’ll agree to do or not.
