I release my room of 15/20m2 in a beautiful 90m² apartment from 1 October 2024 to 30 november 2024 or more.
The place is located just 5 minutes from Cornavin Station and a 15-minute walk to the lake.
The apartment is incredibly bright and pleasant, featuring hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a fireplace in my room.
You’ll also have access to a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The apartment is fully equipped with a pleasant kitchen and bathroom, including a washing machine and all necessary utensils.
You’ll be sharing the space with my awesome roommate, a filmmaker and sports enthusiast, as well as a very friendly.
The rent is 1150.
A deposit of 1150 is required.
