Looking for a volleyball group and a Pilates course that is not held in swiss german

Hi all, I would like to join a volleyball group that trains maybe once per week & isn´t preparing for Olympia & I m also looking for a Pilates course that is held in High German or English. Does anybody has a clue where Iprobably could find both in Zurich? Thanks & best Regards, Astrid
