I am looking for an affordable tailor, or if there is anyone here who offers the service, to hem two pairs of pants. I am a student, so I don't want to spend a fortune of getting my pants shorter. Would appreciate any help, thank you!

There used to be a small tailors shop that had reasonable prices on the rue de Paquis behind what is now the Hotel Kampinsi, and Fairmont Grand HoteI, I see there is this there now - Rapid couture, 19 rue de Paquis - not sure if it's the same one as rarely in that area these days.
Otherwise further out close to the tram 12 stop Peillonex, I have used a nice one - 3 rue Peillonex - the prices reasonable, sometimes she will even discuss them.
Or you could search online for something closer to you - ' couturier retouches et réparations' and your area
