Fall is almost here and the pumpkins will soon be ready. I'd love to can some pumpkin to use this winter, the only trouble is that I've never done it before and my kitchen has only a hot plate. I'm hoping that there is at least one person in Geneva with some canning experience who has the patience to share their knowledge with a canning novice. I'd also hope that they would have a fancy pressure canning pot. I would of course make everything square by bringing some food and drinks to sustain us while we work and I'd also bring my own pumpkin(s), canning jars and lids.
