Looking for cooks!

The non-profit association "Les Oiseaux de passage" will organize a series of events starting in October 2016 in a restaurant in Geneva.

Our aim is to introduce people in Geneva to foreign cultures and cuisines. Each date will focus on working together with a native cook from a featured country to produce a typical meal.

To make it happen, we need to find people who would be willing and able to cook one night for approximately 30 people in a well-equipped kitchen with the aid of a professional chef.

The first countries to be presented are: Bhutan, Mali, Iceland, Afghanistan and Armenia. If you are interested in the project or know someone from one of those countries who might be, please let us know.

I would be happy to answer any possible questions that you may have.
