Hi All, we recently had a bag of dry cleaning lost from 5 a Sec, does anyone know if there are consumer protection laws concerning the cost of replacement? Has anybody had a similar experience and did you get reimbursed? Thanks!

If they lost it, of course they have to pay for it. BAECHLER, who I believe is the same company as 5 a sec, ruined my wedding dress and they paid part of it after a lot of fighting, but it was worth it to try.
