Hi there! I am subletting my lovely, spacious two-bedroom (4 pièce) apartment in Plainpalais, next to UniMail, for the months of July and August, when I’ll be travelling with my 8-month old baby. We are overall flexible with the dates, would also accept a shorter period. Our apartment would be perfect for a couple, a small family, or two house mates/interns: it has two separate bedrooms with desks, a cosy yet roomy kitchen, and a spacious living room with a balcony, and an electric piano. The toilet and bathroom are separate.  Despite being in a lively area, the apartment and the building is super calm. The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and anything you may need for a baby and/or toddler (happy to also carry to the basement storage anything you may not need). I will also have two bikes to lend. Plainpalais is a wonderful neighbourhood, my favourite area in Geneva filled with nice cafés, bars, second-hand markets and shops, sports activities, and the river is just within a few minute walk where you can have a stroll and swim. The location is well connected with many tram lines and bus lines going to all parts of Geneva, including 15-20 minutes by direct tram to Nations. The rent is a discounted 2300 CHF per month, all inclusive (water, electricity, fast wifi). I’m looking for a reliable person/people who would take a good care of our place while we are away.
