Just read this article saying that the "reference rate" has dropped significantly hence the apartment rents show go down by as much as 8% but you have to write to your regie to get it.
Can someone shed some light on this and also perhaps suggest text of such a letter to the regie.

The above is their recent press release on the topic. It does outline the procedure but I didn't see any form letters on their site regarding this issue. There might be some on one of the forum boards...if you read french...

I heard it on WRS today, and they mentioned on the radio that they would post on their website clear details & a template to send to the regie. I don't see it on their site yet, but worth checking again tomorrow.
We'll also contact Asloca to see if we can get an expert from their to give a short seminar about this for glocals members in English. I'm not too optimistic about it, but we'll try.
