Get it on Steam as a download?
thanks will try amazon first :)
Amazon will work and be cheaper than buying in Switzerland (FX, tax and lower price in general). Just be careful if you place a bigger order you might end up paying duties. And of course delivery takes some time.
Here's an alternative in Switzerland: http://www.wog.ch/index.cfm/details/product/24842-Call-of-Duty-Modern-Warfare-3-E

As everyone has said, order games from Amazon.co.uk without a doubt (Unless you have a US or Asian console?). Unless I'm heading over to the UK soon, I usually do this, on pre-orders you can expect to wait about a week, but sometimes you pay no VAT at all, and if the package value is under a certain amount, no duties (I'm not sure what the criteria is, just that if I order single games, I don't get charged, and eventually pay less than id I'd ordered from the UK...bargain!)
Also, if you REALLY can't wait, just play MW2, it's more or less the same :P!

The games shop oposite H&M in Nyon was selling it in English, for around 80CHF (if my memory serves me correctly) (this was for the pre-orders).

Correct. MW3 has virtually the same graphics engine/look as the rest of Call of Duty. Pretty good in 2007, slightly updated for 2011 ;)
Have a look at Battlefield 3 for PC.
