Ok, bit bizarre but doing the washing in our local launderette today and all our clothes, bed linen and towels have come out reeking of chemicals. They smell like paraffin or something equally as strong. It's not just a mild whiff, it's eye watering. 

What on earth should I do? i'll obviously have to wash the whole lot again (30chf) but actually, if it's ruined our stuff do I have an recourse?
