For Martial arts, normally each "commune" has activities that are all starting in June and you receive on the post a flyer with the schedules... if nothing received checked with your Mairie they might be able to help you. I have seen Judo and karate.. but it all depends where you live. 

As for swimming classes the Geneva pools have lessons you have to check on line.

These both are the best options for kids. Arts is a way where your kid enhance his/her imagination and swimming increases physically .
