Hi Mady,
I've seen a maternity shop on rue des Grottes behind the train station. The clothes in the window look nice but I've never shopped there so can't tell you about the price.
You might want to consider taking a day trip to Annecy. Shopping seems to be better there and with the high franc it will feel more like a deal.

Online shops that I used were Jojo mama bebe and Isabellaoliver.com.
What size are you? If you don't mind second hand stuff I could pass some of my stuff on to you...I have no use for it now!
