I have a few vintage cameras I love but that shoot medium format film. The fastest developing time I've been offered here is 6 - 8 WEEKS.
Does anyone know a developer in Geneva who will do it faster?

if you find a place give me a shout.
Are you doing full color or just black and white? If just B&W might be better to just buy the chemicals and do it at home...atleast it gets done.
