Hi the American international womens group in geneva runs a group for people with children. Where you can meet up with other mums.www.aiwcgeneva.org/  There is a group on facebook called geneva mums where you also might find some other info/people. Bumps and bubs http://bumpsnbubs.com/ another website for mums and mums to be in geneva they arrange meet ups.

I have a ten month old boy , I live 20 minutes from geneva on the border , i come to geneva  alot if you would like to meet up with baby's . I was thinking the same thing to have some kids he could play with .

You should also check out bumps'n'bubs - on facebook and have a website.  They have loads of events. 

I run a Babes in the Wood fitness class each week for mums/dads and babies and bumps'n'bubs have been coming along to loads.  Worth checking out!
