Let's face it, there is nothing wong with the burger.
Maybe the burger is the wong side up.
If the lettuce was over cooked that would be a second thing wong . . . and remeber that two wongs don't make a wight.
Looking at the situation from the wong side, you should be more careful when you order so as not to get the wong things delivered.

We ordered Pork never arraived.
The Burger and the bun are black and impossible to eat.
They promissed to deliver missing items and replace the burger, no one showed up.
They lied when we phoned back and said they delivered it.
I am out 30Chf (missing items and burger) and everything else they delivered was stone cold. I have written to complain demanding all the money returned and I will complain to on Monday to Geneva chamber of comerse to demand a refund on an incomplete delivery of goods. I have had money stolen from me is the practicle up shot of ordering from them.
I have never had such server dealt with such rude staff or been lied to on the phone like that.

It s the worst asian food I ever have but hey it s a fast food, so I didn t have big expectation when I went there...

I've been for the first time there 2 days ago and my pad thai noodles weren't bad at all ...
I frankly never received warm outstanding meals if I had them delivered at home. It's also a fast food so you shouldn't have too high expectation.
Otherwise try a michelin starred restaurant. But probably then you would be upset for the price. Also they don't delivery it at home ;)
