Minor Moto/Scooter Fixup in exchange for computer/technical help

Hi,

Is there anyone here who knows how to do minor electrical fixups on scooters? I have a technical checkup at the auto agency on Thursday and for some reason my turn signal is not working. I know they will give me hard time if it doesnt work. I will appreciate it if someone can help me with this. I can help you with all your technical/computer questions in exchange.

sounds like it's the relay, fuse or the bulb. check your user manual.

Its not the bulb for sure because when I just turn the emergency signal on, the bulk does blink but when I just try to use the signal light, it doesn't blink. I do not have a manaul and dont know what and where to check.
