I'm a new first time mum to a 3 month old and am looking for mother&baby groups to meet other mums, so far I haven't found any - are there?

The Geneva International Playgroup meets at the Ecumenical Center in Grand-Saconnex, Tuesdays 9:30 - 11:30, contact Nathalie Realini 022/341 9970 or [email protected]
The Playgroup Programme meets at Crossroads Evangelical Church in Ferney, France and has different schedules depending on the age of the child. See www.playgroupprogramme.org
These may be for older children, but if so, perhaps the contact people can point you in another direction? I hope you find the right program for you and your baby.

We are parents of a 4 month old, and also looking for mother baby groups. Haven't found one yet, a lot seem to be closed over August. Where are you in Geneva? We are in Plainpalais, my wife is looking to meet up with other mothers with babies of similar age.

Hi the American International Womens Club runs a mother and baby group on a wednesday called Baby Talk. The website is - www.aiwcgeneva.org You will need to contact them to find out where they hold it during the summer months as it is normally at different parks.

Hello the answers here all seem quite old. My wife and 4 month old son are getting bored with me at work.
Really could do with a group they can pop along to. We live in collonges sous saleve, so anything our way would be great.

As you say, this is a very old thread, so I suggest you click on the “Groups” tab. You’ll find quite a few groups with similar situations and like-minded interests, so all the best,

Congratulations on your baby! There is a meetup group called "Mums, Tots, and Bumps" that might be helpful that organizes activites. Also I suggest checking out the closest ludotheque where your wife will have the chance to meet other parents and children
