Hi all. A bizarre question, but we have a mould problem in areas of our house and would like a specialist to take a look. I have no idea where to look! Does anyone know of a company between Geneva and Nyon who would deal with this. Many thanks.

Lamy Expertise/ Consulting is an international company dealing mainly with appraisals and assessments of property for sale or purchase but they also do evaluations of problems such as yours. Here is there address in Geneva - not sure if they speak English but you can also make inquiries about Geneva properties through their UK website (in English). Good luck.

You could also ask ASLOCA to see if they have a list of experts.
Note that chlorine/javel is ineffective against mold. Specialist chemicals are needed.

Well, if you're just looking for a way to clean the mould and not find the source of the problem the Araignée Rouge, 7 place des Eaux-Vives in Geneva (Tel : 022 736 63 60) is known to be the best place for speciality cleaning products and good advice.
