Just an update in case anyone is looking for a mover - I found a guy who did an excellent job. He was extremely nice, punctual, organised, trustworthy and careful. He has a large van/little truck and come on less than 24 hours' notice. He charges 40 francs an hour or 55 if he needs to bring another guy to help him (who was also very nice).

Also, he never asked me to advertise, I just liked him so much that I thought I would spread the word.
