Music Classes for Under 3's in France/Swiss borders

Hi, I am thinking of starting a baby music group for the under 3's. Location is likely to be Ferney, Thoiry and Peron. I would try and do 2 classes a day (1 for babies and 1 for toddlers). Please can you give me feedback and let me know if this sounds like a good idea. For those who lived in the UK, it would be something like RhymeTime or Monkey Music (1/2 hour sessions in English).
