I don't know if you guys have made any progress assembling a band but I am a bass player already in one band but looking to explore additional musical options.  Pretty flexible musically, my curent band is pretty straight rock, both old and new, but I could explore other things too.  I have a practice space too, with equipment including drums set up.  Let me know if you guys are still looking and if so perhaps we get together for a session and see if things click?
