It's time to let my home office go, and move into premises SO *&%"*ç%& OUT of here!

=> I am looking for a place to work. Somewhere between Geneva and Lausanne. Just need a desk and internet connection. Open space or closed one? Irrelevant. Any tips? Anybody?
